Growth in National House Prices in Ireland 2006
According to the ESRI report, House Prices in Ireland in 2006 grew by 11.8% compared to a Growth Rate of 9.3% in 2005, illustrating a substantial increase for the year as a whole. Continued growth albeit at a slower pace is expected for 2007.
