Average House Prices in the Commuter Counties 2006
The Commuter Counties of Louth, Meath, Kildare and Wicklow experienced House price growth of 15.2% in 2006 compared to 10.2% in 2005 (ESRI HPI). The average price paid in the Commuter Counties in December 2006 was €344,186 compared to €298,866 in the same month of the previous year. (ESRI)
