ERA Liston Auctioneers Selling Irish Property for Over 50 Years Liston Auctioneers was started in 1948 by the late P.V. Liston, primarily dealing in land sales and land lettings.  When Michael Liston took over his father's business in the mid seventies, he developed the business into house property sales and residential & business premises lettings.During the last several years the property market has experienced an upswing with strong demand for commercial and residential property throughout West Limerick and we moved to more central premises in Newcastle West.
